CBC welcome the new CEO.

We’re thrilled to welcome Stephanie Gray as our new CEO!

Steph has dedicated over 21 years to healthcare in Gateshead, starting her career in 2003 in Cardiology and Acute Elderly Care transitioning to community services in 2008, rising from Junior Sister to Team Lead for the Intermediate Care Nursing Team. By 2016, Steph was Clinical Operational Manager for Unscheduled Care, leading nursing and therapy teams to improve admission avoidance and hospital discharges. She also successfully led the Community Transformation Program, driving key changes across community teams.

More recently, she’s tackled challenges in planned care, improving wait times for services like Children’s Care, Speech & Language, Podiatry, and Bladder & Bowel Services. Her wealth of experience and passion for innovation make her the perfect leader to guide us into the future.

We are excited to see where Stephanie's vision will take us, as we continue to innovate & grow together.
