Workforce Hub
Who we are
The Workforce Hub based at team valley in Gateshead are a growing team of staff who support our Gateshead GP Practices and system partners with Workforce Solutions. Our team have a wide range of skills to support workforce development, from training and education to clinical skills. We work collaboratively with regional and national NHS services including Primary Care Training Hub (Health Education England) and Integrated Care Board (ICB).
What we do
Our team work closely to provide workforce solutions to Gateshead GP Practices and system partners which include:

Flexible Workforce Hub: providing cover for planned and unplanned absences across our GP Practices

Recruitment and retention strategies and workforce development initiatives to support and grow our Primary Care workforce, including co-ordinating training and education for Gateshead practice staff.
