Charity Bake Sale
CBC Health Federation staff recently raised an amazing £382.00 for charity through a bake sale held at CBC Head Office. The staff overwhelmingly decided to donate this contribution to our local Macmillan Hospice at Home Service.

The Hospice at Home team asked if we could create some patient care packs with the money raised for those patients in need. To enable CBC to donate 30 complete care packs an additional contribution was made from CBC to top up the donation to £600.00.

CBC staff wanted to show their gratitude and thanks to the service as it supports palliative patients at the end of life across Gateshead, enabling them to remain in their preferred place of care, with the support the patient and their family require, something which is very close to our hearts.
