Summer School
What we do
We have our Health and Care Summer School coming to Gateshead in August 2023. Our Summer School will run over two weeks and is an opportunity for young people to find out more about health and care careers.
Over the week there will be lots of hands-on activities and talks, including

First Aid.

Team Building activities
-
Health and care project work
-
Meet with our Heath Education Team to explore careers across the health and care sector

Gain insider information about the various careers and career pathways.
​​

Activities linked to the role of a pharmacist, nurse, healthcare assistant and wider practice staff.
Lunch and travel will be provided throughout the week. For all those who have 100% attendance, you will be invited to an end of programme event at Lane 7 in Newcastle.​
